Claire Miller
Director of Strategic Planning and Innovation
Claire Miller is the Director of Strategic Planning and Innovation at CICU. In this role, Claire directs organizational planning and development activities, including business process reengineering, administrative procedure development, strategy development, performance measures, and internal controls. Claire also manages information technology and develops solutions to support and enhance organizational effectiveness in this area.
Prior to joining CICU in 2021, Claire served as the Director of Training at the New York State Department of Labor. Claire has held previous roles specializing in organizational and workforce development at the New York State Department of Civil Service, the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations, the NYS & CSEA Partnership for Education and Training, and the State University of New York.
